Apni Trip Return and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Customers:

1.1 Cancellation by the Customer: Customers wishing to cancel their booking must contact us via email at apnitrip00@gmail.com. Refund eligibility will be determined based on the cancellation timeline outlined in Section 1.1 of our Return and Refund Policy.

1.2 Refund Process: Upon approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. The time it takes for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and the financial institution.

2. Organizer Initiated Refunds:

2.1 Event Cancellation by the Organizer: If an organizer cancels an event, customers will be notified promptly, and a full refund, including any fees, will be initiated.

2.2 Refund Process: Refunds for events canceled by organizers will be processed automatically. Customers do not need to take any action to initiate these refunds.

3. No-show Policy:
